In January 2025, Minky Mink entered an exciting new chapter under new ownership! You might notice a few changes as we settle in. While we’ll do our best to honor previous gift cards, store credits, and past policies, some things may be different due to system updates. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue the legacy built by Maura Forcier and Shonna McTiernan and grow with our amazing community.
Return Policy
Online returns are handled on a case-by-case basis due to separate in-store and online systems.
Eligible returns must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase. Returns are issued for exchange or store credit only. Cash refunds are not offered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on all online orders.
Items under $10 are not eligible for return or credit. Store credit is valid for 90 days from issue.
Beauty, sale, and pre-loved items are final sale.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store and may currently be redeemed in-store only.
They are not available for online purchase or use at this time. We are actively working toward a more seamless online experience.
To use a gift certificate toward an online order, please contact the store prior to purchase for assistance.
Holds
Items may be placed on hold with your name and phone number.
Standard holds are held until end of business day. High-demand pieces may require a deposit.
Special Orders
Special orders may be requested for out-of-stock sizes.
Availability depends on vendor inventory and cannot be guaranteed.
Special orders require full payment, including shipping, at time of purchase and are final sale.
Loyalty
Earn one point per dollar spent in-store by enrolling with your name, phone number, and email.
Points unlock exclusive rewards, discounts, and early access to events and promotions.
Loyalty is currently in-store only and cannot be earned or redeemed online.

Pre-Loved
Pre-loved items are accepted in exchange for store credit only.
We are currently developing a more intentional system for incorporating customer pre-loved pieces.
